New Features
- Hypertension program calls now contain a personalized patient greeting before the emergency disclaimer in the blood pressure prompt, creating a smoother transition after the confirm name section and a more natural call experience. The patient's name is also mentioned at the end of the call as well as when transitioning to a latch-on program (i.e., Med Companion).
- Added the ability to enable an optional comment at the end of a session for our General Medical or Post Discharge programs where patients can send in their health concerns in a more free-form way.
- Added Spanish support for the GLP-1 program.
Improvements
- Improved handling of our "alert about to unsnooze" reminder emails for shorter duration snoozes. Emails for these will not be sent 5 minutes before the snooze ends if snooze duration is for the same day the alert was snoozed.
- Updated the Med Companion "Connect to Provider" flow so patients who report missing medication are offered immediate Provider Contact connection or a callback, replacing the generic "call us" message.
- Ensured program names are more consistent when displayed on the CareSignal dashboard (for example, "Generic" is now "General Medical").
- Updated the Hypertension program to reduce double prompting patients the same question immediately, in an effort to improve patient engagement with the program.
- Added the ability to respond verbally "yes" or "no" for more of the Hypertension program questions during a phone call.
- Adjusted the Hypertension program low blood pressure and high blood pressure messaging to reference the fact that someone will call them within normal business hours (given that they will alert).
- Added "Since our last check-in" verbiage to various COPD questions in an attempt to make them clearer.
- Improved the UI of the patient card in the CareSignal dashboard at narrower screen sizes. Now the action buttons stack better.
- Fixed an issue where hovering over tab menu items in the dashboard would cause the tab render area to shift a little. No more shifting should occur!
- It is now not possible to enroll a patient if another active (i.e. not archived) patient already exists with that phone number. Each patient must have a unique phone number.
- Fixed an issue that allowed archived patients to respond to old program sessions, instead we now return a generic ineligibility message in either English or Spanish (whichever is appropriate).
- Added more varied first-question messages to the following programs to reduce repetitiveness. Each program now randomly selects from 4 English or 4 Spanish question variants per first check-in prompt.
- Hypertension
- Diabetes
- Heart Failure
- Asthma
- General Medical
- Post Discharge
- Healthy Living
- Renamed "Less-Engaged" to "Not Engaged" to more accurately reflect how we define engagement. A patient is engaged if they responded to any sessions within the past two weeks and not engaged if they responded to none.
