New Features
- In a secure chat, we now capture and display when a patient has viewed a secure chat message.
- It is now possible to invalidate and replace values in program sessions where the patient had not previously responded. It is also now possible to invalidate multiple fields in a session at once.
- For a provider contact, a start and end date may now be set for their vacation mode, making it no longer necessary to manually turn off vacation mode (that option still exists as well).
Improvements
- Added back in the positive comment question to the quality survey that patients receive.
- Updated the UI framework we use to its latest version. Users may notice slight changes to color and positioning.
- Account-specific and program-specific phone numbers are now fully live. For newly enrolled patients, they will receive their program messaging from a dedicated program-and-account-specific phone number (i.e., "ABC Health COPD").
- With the above in place, we have added back in the provider contact's display name to our program messaging. Now when patients receive their messaging, it will reference the display name, so something like "Hi this is ABC Health..." instead of "Hi this is your care team..."
