Improvements
- For patients that have the Give Feedback flag turned on for their Diabetes prescription, when they get the message with their average blood sugar it will also now include the values they submitted in the past two weeks.
- Added Spanish support to our Diabetes - Insulin Dependent program.
- Added a medication question to our Diabetes program asking the patient if they have taken their medication. This question is not on by default and must be enabled via prescription-level flag.
- Added a blood sugar validation question to the Diabetes program that asks a patient to confirm their submitted blood sugar value before final submission, to help avoid mis-entries by the patient. This question is not on by default and must be enabled via prescription-level flag.
- Adjusted the Asthma program so that an alert is triggered if a patient reports breathing worse but didn't have to use their rescue inhaler. This option is off by default and must be toggled on via a prescription-level flag.
- It is now possible to specify multiple check ins per day for the Medication Tracking program to better support patients who take their medicine more than once a day.
