New Features
- Added the ability to use bold, italic, and underline in patient descriptions in their patient profile.
- Added ability to edit event notes that users create themselves.
- For our Heart Failure program, added a flag that when turned on would require a patient to confirm the weight value that they entered during their session before submitting it. This additional check was added to decrease false alerts if a patient entered their weight incorrectly.
Improvements
- The push message program drop down now orders programs more intuitively, with active programs listed above non-active programs for a patient.
- Fixed an issue where the incorrect session type would display in a patient's program responses table.

Allowed new line breaks in outgoing messages from the chat center. Now a message like the one below should display with the line breaks instead of as a continuous block of text.
