New Features
- Added a new Medication Adherence campaign type to our text blast platform that checks to see why patients may have struggled to refill their medications.
Improvements
- Added the ability to specify a time when creating a communication pause, so now it's possible to have more granular pauses. For example, a user can pause program communications from 11AM March 18th to 4pm March 20th. Before it was only possible to pause for full days (i.e., March 18 - 20th).
- It is now possible to set an activity level alert threshold for our General Medical program. Once set, if a patient sends in an activity level above this threshold, they will alert regardless of their previous responses.
- Added the 2-week numerical averages to the Hypertension program patient PDF export. This brings this report in line with the Diabetes program.
- Standardized the timing of our program welcome message so that it goes out consistently across all of our CareSignal programs. When a patient is enrolled, they will now get the welcome message immediately. We have also included information about when they can expect their first program message. Our hope is that this will lead to greater activation by patients.
- Added more granular tracking of patient prescription edits, displaying this additional information in the relevant event note for that edit. For example, if a patient's COPD program prescription is altered and the communication method is changed from text to call, it is now possible for a user to see that granularity in the event note.
