New Features
- Added advanced filter options to push messages so it is now possible to filter by one or more tags.
- When adjusting an existing or prescribing a new Diabetes or Hypertension program schedule, you can now select specific days for multiple messages per day (i.e., 2 messages on Wednesday and Friday).
- When creating a program intro text message, you can now dynamically add in program name (i.e., Asthma), patient first name and patient last name using a variable.
- Users now have the ability to see recent accounts account wide. Once this admin-level setting is enabled, users will see a toggle in the recent actions display in the dashboard. Toggling this allows the user to switch from seeing their own actions or actions across the account.
- It is now possible to add a comment when choosing "Other" as a patient archive reason. This comment shows up in that patient's event notes.
Improvements
- When bringing up the calendar while trying to pause a patient, the calendar no longer cuts off the last week of dates on certain screen sizes.
- When you invalidate a specific program session value (for example, a patient's most recent blood pressure), the event note that is created will now show both the updated and previous value of the invalidation.
- We have added a "History" button to each patient chat where you can now see when a chat was marked read or unread and by whom.
- The verbiage used when describing the Depression program's 988 connection flow now says "mental health counselor" instead of "caring helpline volunteer".
- Adjusted the PHQ-9 alert body for our Depression program to call out when a patient answered no to suicidal ideation vs when they answered yes.
