New Features
- CareSignal Patient IDs (CSIDs) have been added to the alert and alert digest emails.
- When navigating to a patient's profile from the CareSignal dashboard, the application now defaults to showing the program with the most recent active alert.
- When a chat is first started with a patient, that event will now be logged to the patient's event notes.
- Added the ability to specify a program end date when doing bulk enrollment in the CS dashboard.
- When an account is on a communication suspension (for example, for a holiday), the after hours message will be sent when a patient either alerts or sends in a chat message. As a reminder, the after hours message can be customized by provider contact.
