New Features
- Added the ability to specify Custom After Hours Messages by Provider Contact.
- Surfaced the Quality Survey responses for each patient in their patient profile. When you visit a Patient's profile, you can now see these responses as well as change whether these surveys are sent via SMS text message or phone call.
Improvements
- Our Export Patients In View export has been adjusted to include additional information. The following new columns have been added: outreach method, language used, additional program information, and last resolved alert.
- Added helpful information to the Account Reports page, Usage Statistics tab to to describe how using patient views will affect the data that is displayed in the graphs.
- The Chat Center has been improved in a number of ways:
- You can now paginate through the list of chats and it's now easier and faster to search for patient chats.
- Invalid characters and symbols that can't be sent over SMS will be removed automatically. This can occur when copy and pasting large messages from email or word documents into the chat message input.
- A more helpful modal will display when the system experiences an error when sending out a chat message. Technical issues as well as indicating if a patient has opted out of the chat phone number will now be better surfaced.
Code Corrections
- Fixed an issue that would cause certain modals in the CareSignal UI to display below other ones. For example when sending a push message during cooldown the notification that there's a cooldown will now be visible rather than underneath the push message settings.
- Fixed an issue preventing "Variant C" from showing up in a patient's Heart Failure program prescription.
- Fixed an issue where the CareSignal Dashboard cache would include incorrect patients when flipping between different Patient Views.
- Fixed an issue where patients with no tags could be pulled into the Export Patients in View export if a Patient View was active that was filtering by a certain tag.
- Fixed an issue that would prevent an Event Note from being submitted due to invalid characters in the message. We now sanitize these messages by removing these invalid characters prior to saving it in our database.
- Fixed an issue where the "View" link in an alert digest email or regular alert email didn't go to the right page to enter an account pin to view the alert.
Lightbeam Integration
- It is now possible to take advantage of our Push Message functionality from the Lightbeam application.
- Added the ability to enroll patients directly into a CareSignal program from the Lightbeam application.
- When a patient is archived in the CareSignal platform, in the past a reason of "Patient Does Not Consent" was sent to the Lightbeam application. This reason has been changed to "CareSignal Program Removed".
- When a patient's CareSignal program prescription is cancelled in the CareSignal platform, a "Discharge" status is sent to the relevant cohort with a reason of "CareSignal Program Removed".
Program Updates
Heart Failure
- Fixed an intermittent issue where if a patient sent in multiple responses at the end of a session, multiple alerts would be generated.
Social Determinants of Health (SDoH)
- Fixed an issue that would cause urgent needs from being properly visible in a patient's profile.
