New Features
- Added the ability to see if a patient has opted out from the chat phone number. An icon now displays in the chat center and it also now not possible for a user to send a chat message to a patient who has opted out. A patient can always opt back in to the chat communications by texting START to the chat number.
- Added the ability to set a timeframe for a paused patient. Now instead of having to manually unpause a patient, users must set an end date for the pause, and the patient will be unpaused automatically. This also allows users to specify a start date in the future for a pause.
Improvements
- Improved the data users see for our Post-Partum Depression program by adding a new column called "Days Until Next Message". This indicates when a patient has either finished taking the survey by displaying a check mark, or if a patient has delayed taking the survey, it will display the number of days the survey has been delayed.
- Improved our Diabetes program response handling so that a response of "Yes/No" isn't counted as a "Yes" response and will instead re-prompt the patient to answer appropriately.
- Adjusted the messaging patients receive if their program message ends up in their voicemail to remind patients to call back using their phone number instead of a different one, so that the system knows who's calling.
- Updated the alert description for our Hypertension program to better call out when a patient has a pending recheck session scheduled.
