Program Updates
COPD & CHF
- Similar to other CareSignal programs with CONNECT functionality, it's now possible to toggle on/off whether a COPD or CHF-enrolled patient can text in CONNECT to start a new session when they want to send in responses on an ad-hoc basis.
- To toggle it, navigate to a patient's profile and go to the "Manage Prescription" tab and find the section titled "Enable Text-in CONNECT".
- For new COPD & CHF program enrollments, the CONNECT functionality will be enabled for that patient by default. To toggle on the CONNECT functionality for patients in existing COPD and/or CHF programs, reach out to your Account Manager.
Diabetes
- We have added a configurable setting to provide an extra step of validation when attempting to trigger a high average alert for the Diabetes program. The setting ensures that a patient must have responded to a certain number of sessions for an alert to trigger for a high average blood sugar.
- The default value is 4, meaning that a patient must have responded to at least four Diabetes sessions for it to be possible to trigger a high average alert. This setting can be configured at the patient level or at the account level. For help updating this setting, reach out to your Account Manager.
