General
- Updated our automated email branding to use the CareSignal logo.
- Updated our English language code to "en-US" to improve how some names are pronounced.
- Added the ability to turn off the post-enrollment welcome phone call or text message that is sent prior to a patient's program messages beginning.
Program Updates
Asthma Yellow Zone
- Updated symptom wording from "coughing" to "persistent cough" to align with Smart Therapy language.
- Decreased the frequency by which the ACT survey is administered. Now, if a patient has completed a survey in the past 4 weeks, they won't be eligible for a new one.
- If a patient texts in CONNECT before their program start date, the system now handles this correctly.
Asthma
- Fixed a display issue for the new Asthma “Weekly Times Awakened By Symptoms” threshold where the default setting would not be consistently visible.
Enrollment
- Ensured that patients who are eligible for Diabetes and Hypertension follow-on programs are not eligible for the Post Discharge Direct Enroll feature.
