A Patient on CareSignal is any person who receives automated text messages or phone calls from a CareSignal program. At their core, Patients on the CareSignal platform are comprised of a first name, last name, and phone number.
Why It's Important
Patients provide the self-reported data that CareSignal uses to triage them. All of the data related to your account for each patient is kept in one place.
How to Access
The Dashboard will show you patients organized by your Patient Views.
The Search Bar will lead you to patients matching your query.
The All Patients page, available on certain accounts, will show you every patient related to your account. If you are in a large organization, there could be hundreds of patients related to your account that you may not interact with on a regular basis.
How to Use
There are several different ways to use patient data collected by the CareSignal platform. This Overview article will not describe each way, but clicking individual articles will supply you with more detailed information:
Patients on CareSignal also have different engagement statuses
- Less-Engaged
- Engaged (High-Risk/Medium-Risk/Low-Risk)
- Paused
- Snoozed
- Archived
