Earlier today, our Engineering team became aware of an intermittent outage. The CareSignal Dashboard observed a brief outage around 11:29 am to 11:50 am CST due to our CDN provider's network interruption. This disruption has been fixed.
The outage only impacted the web platform. Service to CareSignal Programs was not disrupted. Phone calls or text messages to Program enrollees were not affected.
