We are moving our migration window to Wednesday, September 18th from 7PM - 12AM CDT. We apologize for any inconvenience this date change may cause, but we wanted to make sure we did extensive testing prior to cutting over and this extended timeline allows us to do that. Hello!
The CareSignal team has been hard at work moving our infrastructure to a new enterprise-grade cloud provider. We're getting closer to fully migrating our existing systems over to this new provider. To cut over, we'll need to take our system down completely for up to 5 hours. We are planning to do this cut over on Thursday, September 12, 7PM - 12AM CDT.
During this downtime, patients will not receive their CareSignal program outreach and the CareSignal dashboard will be unavailable. We understand the impact that this downtime could have on your organization and will do all we can to make it as short as possible. Additionally, we will update this article with the status of the migration as it's happening. We also have a plan in place to minimize disruptions post migration and will be monitoring things closely to intervene promptly if needed.
Please let us know any concerns you have about this upcoming downtime and we'll work together to see what we can do to lessen those concerns.
