We learned of an issue related to our Heart Failure program at 9AM CDT. This issue affected the following:
- Ability to see Heart Failure patients in the CareSignal dashboard
- Ability for Heart Failure patients to receive their program messages today
We fixed the underlying bug by 9:20AM CDT which restored the ability to see Heart Failure patients in the CareSignal dashboard.
As of 2:30PM CDT we were able to get all of the Heart Failure program messages sent out that were supposed to go out today.
We have put additional checks in place for our code deployment process to prevent this issue from having in the future. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you or your patients.
