Hello,
We have determined that our API Gateway service is currently down. This service allows for communication via API to the CareSignal system. Since this is down, enrollments via our Self-Enrollment Portal and our internal calling center application, Varys, are affected. Our Engagement Specialist team is continuing to make enrollment calls and manually notating enrollment preferences so that these patients can be enrolled once the issue is resolved. The engineering team is working to resolve the issue, but resolution time may be delayed given the holiday week.
We will endeavor to keep this article up to date as we have additional information. We apologize for this inconvenience and are doing all that we can to resolve the issue.
