Web Platform: Intermittent Outage 5/6/2021

Dear Users,

The CareSignal web platform experienced an intermittent outage earlier today with our CDN Service Provider. Some users may have experienced trouble loading or connecting to the CareSignal platform. This outage only impacted the CareSignal platform; other services were not affected.

The Engineering team is working with our service provider to further investigate the issue.
