CareSignal is currently experiencing issues related to program message deliverability for a subset of our phone numbers. This is due to an underlying issue between our 3rd party call and text communication vendor and the phone carriers themselves.
We are in active communication with our vendor about this issue and will continue to provide updates to your Account Managers as we have them.
