Sometimes you may need to add a program to a patient that already has a patient profile. In that case, adding the program follows a similar process to adding a new patient.
- From the main dashboard page, click the "Prescribe" button in the upper right corner. This will take you to the Prescribe view.

- Under "Enter Patient Info", click on the "Select Existing Patient" button.
- Select the desired patient. Some of their information will then pre-populate.
- Confirm the patient's consent to being added to another program.
- Select which contact will be associated with the program.
- Select the programs in which you are enrolling the patient.
- For each new program, you must fill out the patient's communication preferences as well as their schedule information for the specific program.
- Once the details are filled out, click on "Save Configuration".
- Click on "Enroll Patient".
Now you should see that the patient is enrolled in the new program!
