If a patient has opted out of receiving text messages, you'll see a notification at the top of their program details:
To comply with TCPA regulations, CareSignal program text messages cannot be restarted by our system. Patients must opt back into receiving them.
To opt back into text messages, a patient will need to text “START”, “YES”, or “UNSTOP” to the phone number or shortcode associated with the program. They will then receive a confirmation that they’ve opted-in to receive messages again, and their messages will resume based on their current prescription.
