Patient Views are a way for you to organize patients associated to your organization’s account. They can help you focus on different patient groups according to your workflow. You can create Patient Views with Provider Contacts, Interventions, or Patient Tags.
When a Patient View is enabled, it affects the data visible on certain pages:
- Open Alerts
- Engaged Patients
- Unengaged Patients
- Snoozed Tasks
In the example above, we can see four Patient Views:
- All Patients
- Deer Valley Clinic
- Patients with Diabetes
- Afternoon Patients
All Patients shows every patient associated to your organization’s account. If you have trouble finding a patient, you can always Search your account for them at the top of the page.
“Deer Valley Clinic” is a Patient View comprised of the Provider Contacts a User is responsible for at Deer Valley Clinic.
“Patients with Diabetes” are patients prescribed EpxDiabetes.
“Afternoon Patients” are patients that have been tagged “Afternoon” as they are patients best called in the afternoon.
Patient Views can be modified and updated on the fly to help you optimize your workflow. Experiment with different combinations to figure out what works best for you.
