You Can Address Alerts by Snoozing or Resolving
Here is an example of three alert states you'll see around the site:
Alerts resolved within the last two weeks are visible on the patient's intervention detail page. No further action is required if you've resolved the alert.
Click the checkbox icon to resolve an alert.
Snoozed alerts are hidden from the Open Alert list. They will be less visible until the date that the alert is snoozed until. Typically, alerts are snoozed because users could not reach the patient.
Click the clock icon to snooze an alert.
Clock icons with a purple circle next to them imply that the alert has been snoozed at least once.
Open alerts are not currently snoozed and haven't been resolved.
Edit Alert Settings
Alerts that have settings you can edit show a cog near the snooze and resolve buttons. You may adjust the patient's specific intervention alert and report settings clicking this button.
Edit alert settings by clicking on the cog.
