Patient Time Logs
Time logs are available for all patients. If you wish to start recording an interaction you are having with/for the patient, you can click the 'Track' button in the top right of the screen. Some interactions are also automatically recorded by the Epharmix system. If the Epharmix intervention number is called by the patient and it routes to the provider, that call will be logged automatically. Vice-versa, if a provider calls a patient using their bridge number, that call will be logged in the system as well.
