Whenever you need to contact a patient on Epharmix directly, it's easy to just call the patient's phone number. However, Epharmix also provides an alternative way that allows for better tracking and number masking.
To do so, first locate the patient you want to contact and open up the patient's details page: you may do so on the dashboard or via the patient search. On the patient details, you should see an hourglass icon right next to the patient's phone number at the top of the page.
Click the hourglass icon and you should see a new screen pops up. The screen details the use of the Epharmix Bridge.
The Epharmix Bridge is a toll-free Epharmix phone number that you can call to be connected with your patient. When you call the bridge number, you will be prompted to enter the code you see on the screen. With the correct code, you will be connected with the patient via a call transfer. From the patient's perspective, the call is coming from the bridge number, hence your own phone number is masked. On the other hand, the system will keep track of the call status (busy/complete/fail) as well as the call duration.
